Hands-on workshops for company teams. Start with administrative tasks, build with your approved tools, and progress toward a live deployment with a security audit and governance handover.
40 hours: preferably five weeks at one day per week, or five consecutive days or ten weeks. The week-by-week sequence below describes the preferred format.
A remote readiness assessment, readout, and remediation decision establish your security perimeter before the workshops begin. Phase 0 is a prerequisite, not a workshop week.
Register through AI Readiness, receive a Trainer invitation by email, and complete the self-assessment at your own pace. The readout informs the remediation decision and whether the workshops can begin.
Week 1
We identify your most costly administrative bottlenecks and record how long each task takes today. Problem owners describe the work and agree the baseline with the builders.
Week 2
Problem owners and builders turn the task into a working agent, define what it may do, and log executions for review.
Week 3
Teams test the Guardian Layer, review execution records, and challenge the workflow with red-team scenarios inside the established perimeter.
Week 4
Connect the workflow to approved company systems and review logged results against the baseline. Keep gross cost avoidance separate from net ROI and record the costs.
Week 5
Complete the live deployment, security audit, and governance handover. Teams demonstrate what they built and retain a record of safeguards and measured results.
Problem owners describe real tasks, test workflows and review their usefulness.
Builders turn tasks into working agents using natural-language tools and approved integrations.
Governance and teaching leads help the team operate, review and explain its workflows.
The 1:50 Equilibrium is a design target: one trained Accelerator supporting fifty Explorers. It is not a guaranteed productivity multiplier.
George Mason University non-credit digital badges: AI Fluent Professional, AI Implementation Specialist and AI Governance Architect.
Badge eligibility requires at least 35 hours of instructional presence and the applicable completion requirements. Accelerators also teach a concept back to Explorers. Registration alone does not earn a badge.
