The 1:50 Equilibrium is a design target: one trained Accelerator supporting fifty Explorers. It is not a guaranteed productivity multiplier.

Measure actual use
Choose a recurring task and record the baseline before building. Log executions, human review, exceptions and operating costs. Compare observed results with the baseline; separate gross cost avoidance from net ROI. Agree who reviews the evidence and when to change, pause or expand the workflow.
Evidence of achievement
Badge eligibility requires at least 35 hours of instructional presence and the applicable completion requirements. Accelerators also teach a concept back to Explorers. Registration alone does not earn a badge.
